Meet Aaliyah

Hi! I’m the face behind Lili’s Littles—and caring for children is truly at the heart of what I do.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, my journey has taken me through Birmingham, Alabama, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, and now to Dallas, Texas, where I proudly serve families across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

With over 10 years of childcare experience, I’ve worked with children of all ages—from newborns to school-aged—in a variety of environments, including licensed childcare centers, pediatric clinics, and private events such as weddings, parties, and church gatherings. I’ve also had the privilege of working with families from diverse cultures and backgrounds, which has shaped my ability to provide thoughtful, personalized care.

My approach is centered around creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Whether I’m helping with daily routines, encouraging creativity, or simply being a dependable presence, my goal is to bring ease and peace of mind to every family I serve.
