Nanny Policy

Thank you for choosing Lili’s Littles! To ensure fairness, reliability, and quality care for all families, please review the booking policy below.

Booking and Deposits:

-All bookings must be confirmed in advance through the website. 

-Only offer 3 hours minimum services.

-Calendar is available for booking services at the beginning of each month.

-A non-refundable deposit of 3 hours minimum is required to secure your requested date and time.

-The remaining balance is due at the end of service.

-Bookings are not guaranteed until payment confirmation is secured.

-All first time families must book a paid consultation/trial run to ensure safety, comfortability, and any communication between the family and nanny. The consultation/trial is 1 hour.

-Price of $30 will be charged if children need transportation. Check add ons when booking services.

-Price will increase based on number of children. If you do not select the correct number of children, you will be charged for them. Check add ons when booking services.

-If the family return earlier before their scheduled service time, they will still be charged for the scheduled booking time. Please, book appropriate times that you need…don’t block off slots if it’s not needed.

-For overnight services, please contact me! The acuity scheduling site won’t allow me to add time frames after midnight, but we can discuss proper hours exceeding the 8 hours minimum.

-It is an extra $30 added to pricing for any last minute services. Check site for available hours or text me for additional availability that’s not listed on site.

Cancellations:

-Families are asked to provide at least 72 hours notice if services needs to be cancelled in order to receive a full refund.

-If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours of the scheduled time, the 3-hour minimum deposit will not be refunded.

-Same day cancellations will result in full payment for scheduled services.

-I understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to a genuine emergency or illness, please communicate as soon as possible and accommodations may be considered.

Rescheduling:

-Rescheduling request must be made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time. If an appointment is not rescheduled 72 hours prior to the appointment time, then it will be handled the same as a “same day cancellation”. Meaning, a cancellation fee of the full price of the scheduled service will be charged with the card on file.

-One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking meaning your deposit will go towards another date/time depending on availability. Please use the complimentary rescheduled booking within the 72 hours.

-The booking will be automatically cancelled if a second reschedule is attempted.

-Any additional rescheduling will require a new, non-refundable deposit.

-All fees must be paid in full in order to book future appointments.

Late:

-If the family arrives late or the start time is delayed, the booking will still end at the original scheduled time unless additional time is available.

-If the family is returning home later than the agreed booking time, a late fee of $1 per minute may be applied after a 10-minute grace period.

-If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled booking, please communicate as soon as possible. Extended care will be subject to availability and charged at a regular hourly rate.

-Families are asked to notify nanny as soon as possible if they expect to be running late.

Overtime / Extended Hours:

-Services are provided for the specific hours agreed upon at the time of booking.

-If additional time is needed, families are asked to communicate as early as possible. Extended hours are subject to availability.

-Time that extends beyond the scheduled end time will be billed at the regular hourly rate unless otherwise agreed upon.

-If family arrived later than the scheduled end time without prior notice, overtime charges may apply beginning immediately after the scheduled time.

-Extensions are not guaranteed and must be approved by nanny based on availability and scheduling.

Nanny Cancellations:

-In the rare event that the nanny must cancel (due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergency), the family will be notified as soon as possible.

-When a cancellation occurs, families will be offered the option to reschedule their service for the next available date and time.

-Any deposit made for a cancelled booking will be fully refunded or credited towards a future booking, depending on the family’s preference.

Sick Child Policy:

-Care may still be provided if a child has mild symptoms such as runny nose, mild cough, or allergies.

-Care may need to be cancelled or rescheduled if a child is experiencing any of the following:

  • Fever of 100.4 of higher

  • Vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours

  • Contagious illnesses (flu, pink eye, strep throat, etc.)

  • Any illness requiring medical attention

    Families are asked to inform nanny before the scheduled booking if their child is experiencing any of these symptoms. We can discuss cancelling or rescheduling.

-If a child becomes sick during scheduled booking, the parent may be asked to return home. We can discuss payment arrangements if this occurs.

-Medication will be only administered with clear instructions from the family.

Emergency Situations:

-I understand emergencies happen. In cases of verified emergencies (medical emergencies, severe weather, etc.), I may offer flexibility at my discretion.
